When are points awarded?

Points are awarded after an eligible Shopify order is marked paid and has a customer email. Replayed Shopify events are safely ignored.

What happens after a refund?

Rewardfinity reverses the matching share of earned points for partial or full refunds. The original ledger entry remains intact and the correction is recorded separately.

How do customers find their wallet?

Enable the Rewardfinity app embed in the Shopify theme editor. You can also add the optional Rewards callout app block to an online store section.

How are rewards delivered?

Rewardfinity records the point redemption. The merchant delivers the stated discount or benefit directly to the customer.
