What it does

Rewardfinity awards integer points after eligible paid Shopify orders, reverses the matching share after a refund, and keeps the resulting history in an append-only ledger.

Merchants manage earning rules, rewards, members, activity, and storefront setup inside Shopify admin. Customers join and view their balance in a hosted customer wallet.

What it does not do

Rewardfinity does not process customer payments, issue Shopify refunds, or hold merchant funds. Merchants remain responsible for delivering the benefits represented by their rewards.
